Withdrawal from your parking booking is only possible if the booked entry time has not yet begun, or if you have not yet entered the parking facility and the booking falls outside the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

When making your booking, you expressly agreed that the service may begin within 14 days of the booking by confirming the relevant checkbox. Once you enter the parking facility and begin using the booked parking period, your right of withdrawal expires.

If your booked parking period does not begin within 14 days of the booking date, the following right of withdrawal applies from the date the contract was concluded.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Fraport AG, Parking and Mobility, 60547 Frankfurt, Germany, Tel.: +49 69 690-79455, Fax: +49 69 690-23221, Email: parken.online@fraport.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation (e.g. by email) that we have received your withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for under the contract.
