Cancellation

Please enter your booking number here to cancel your parking reservation and request a refund of the invoice amount. You will then receive an email at the address you provided when booking. By clicking on the "Cancel booking" button in the e-mail, you confirm the cancellation order and the refund is automatically issued the original payment type used for the booking .

Your information

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, after that cancellation costs of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged. If you cancel after the start of the reservation, there will be no refund.
