Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, after that cancellation costs of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged. If you cancel after the start of the reservation, there will be no refund.
This is how the cancellation process works:
- Enter the booking code of your parking reservation in the field below and press the "Request cancellation" button. If the payment method used for the booking no longer exists, please do not cancel online, but send an email to parken.online@fraport.de.
- You will then receive an email at the address you provided when booking, stating the amount to be refunded. The email delivery of the cancellation request may be delayed by a few minutes. We therefore ask you to be patient before submitting a new cancellation request.
- To complete the cancellation process, you must click on the "Cancel reservation" button in the email.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email and the refund will be automatically made to the payment method used for the booking.
Your information
Parking reservations made via Park.Aero or another sales platform must be cancelled there. Cancellation via this page is unfortunately not possible. Chose "Cancel reservation" in your Mobile Parking Pass and click on the button. You will automatically be redirected to the correct cancellation page.
